Moody's: Noble unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that news of Noble Group Ltd.'s planned issuance of perpetual capital securities does not have any immediate impact on Noble's Baa3 issuer and senior unsecured bond ratings.

The outlook remains stable.

The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Moody's said the stable outlook reflects its expectation that Noble to remain cautious in its expansion, and maintain an appropriate liquidity profile.
