Hong Kong's Noble Group to market dollar-denominated perpetual notes

Atlanta, Oct. 19 - Hong Kong's Noble Group Ltd. will embark on a roadshow Wednesday and Thursday for a dollar-denominated offering of perpetual notes, a market source said.

JPMorgan, RBS and Standard Chartered are the bookrunners for the deal, according to a company announcement.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Noble Group is a shipping company.
