Moody's rates Noble notes Ba1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a Ba1 rating to the proposed five-year senior notes of Noble Group Ltd., and affirmed its Ba1 corporate family rating.

The outlook is stable.

The proceeds will be used for refinancing, Moody's said.
