November 2005 Land Investors seek dismissal of its Chapter 11 cases

By Jim Witters

Wilmington, Del., April 12 - November 2005, LLC, NLV Holding, LLC and BOPH, Inc. are seeking the dismissal of their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, according to an April 11 filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.

The debtors say that, with the April 8 expiration of an automatic stay in a dispute with Wilmington Trust Co. and the subsequent release of funds due Wilmington, "there is nothing left for the debtors to do."

"The debtors have no creditors or claims to be addressed in a plan and move the court to dismiss the case," the motion states.

A hearing on the motion is scheduled for May 15.

Dallas-based November 2005 Land Investors filed for bankruptcy on July 7, 2011. Its Chapter 11 case number is 11-20704.
