Moody's rates NKNK notes B1

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a B1 rating to the proposed $101 million 12% loan participation notes to be issued by NKNK Finance plc, a finance vehicle created to finance a loan to OAO Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

The outlook is stable.

Proceeds will help fund an exchange offer for up to $200 million of its 8.5% loan participation notes due 2015, issued to finance a loan to NKNK. As a consequence, the company will receive no new funds.
