Hungary’s Nitrogenmuvek calls 7 7/8% notes due 2020

New York, May 14 – Nitrogenmuvek Zrt. will redeem its $200 million of 7 7/8% notes due 2020 on June 13, according to a notice from the issuer.

The company will pay 103.94% of par plus accrued interest up to but excluding the redemption date.

Nitrogenmuvek is a Veszprem, Hungary-based producer of ammonia and fertilizers.
