By Rebecca Melvin

New York, July 17 – Hungary's Nitrogenmuvek Zrt. has mandated Raiffeisen Bank International AG regarding a potential offering of unsecured fixed-rate notes, pending market conditions, according to a company news release.

Proceeds of the Regulation S offering will be used to refinance existing debt, including its $200 million of 7 7/8% notes due 2020 admitted to trading on the Euro MTF of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and for general corporate purposes.

Nitrogenmuvek is a Veszprem, Hungary-based producer of ammonia and fertilizers.
