Hungary’s Nitrogenmuvek to refinance 7 7/8% notes with new deal

New York, July 17 – Nitrogenmuvek Zrt. plans to refinance its $200 million of 7 7/8% notes due 2020 using proceeds from an offering of new notes, according to a notice.

Additional proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Nitrogenmuvek is a Veszprem, Hungary-based producer of ammonia and fertilizers.
