Moody’s affirms Nissan Motor Acceptance
Moody's Investors Service said it affirmed the A2 senior unsecured and P-1 ratings of Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp.
The outlook is negative.
The agency said the ratings reflect the implicit and explicit support from the entity’s ultimate parent, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. (A2, negative).
Moody's analysis also considers the standalone credit profile of Nissan Motor Acceptance, which it considers to be Ba1, the agency added.
