Ardagh Group to launch new loan transaction on Tuesday afternoon

New York, Sept. 26 – Ardagh Group is scheduled to hold a call at 1 p.m. ET on Tuesday to launch a new loan deal to current and prospective lenders, according to a market source.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the lead bank on the deal.

Ardagh Group is a Luxembourg-based producer of glass and metal products.
