Ardagh Glass guidance for €300 million seven-year notes 9½%-9 5/8%, pricing expected Friday

By Paul A. Harris

St. Louis, June 18 - Ardagh Glass Finance plc set price guidance for its €300 million offering of seven-year first-priority senior secured notes at 9½% to 9 5/8%, according to an informed source.

The deal is expected to price on Friday.

Citigroup has the books for the Rule 144A and Regulation S offering, which is being run off the high-yield desk in London.

The notes come with four years of call protection.

Proceeds will be used to repay existing senior debt and for general corporate purposes.

Ardagh is a Dublin, Ireland-based glass container manufacturer.
