NexMed maintains Nasdaq listing

Charlotte, N.C., Aug. 3 - NexMed, Inc. said it was notified by Nasdaq that its market capitalization deficiency has been cured.

As a result, the company's hearing scheduled for August is considered moot.

NexMed is a drug development company based in East Windsor, N.J.
