New Issue: New York University prices $272.69 million of taxable bonds

New York, April 16 – New York University priced $272,685,000 of series 2015 taxable bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa3/AA-) were sold through senior managers Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2016 to 2028 with a term bond due in 2048. The serial coupons range from 0.57% to 3.421%, all priced at par. The 2048 bonds have a 4.142% coupon priced at par.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
