Fitch rates New York State Environmental bonds AA-
Fitch Ratings said it assigned an AA- rating to $161.73 million of New York State Environmental Facilities Corp.'s state personal income tax revenue bonds (environment), consisting of $123,025,000 of series 2008A and $38,705,000 of series 2008B (federally taxable).
The bonds are expected to sell competitively on March 11.
Fitch also said it affirmed the AA- rating of about $10.7 billion of outstanding personal income tax revenue bonds issued by New York state agencies.
The outlook is positive.
