Argentina's Arcos Dorados plans roadshow for real-denominated notes

Atlanta, June 29 - Argentina's Arcos Dorados Holdings Inc. is planning a roadshow for an offering of real-denominated senior notes, according to a company announcement.

Bookrunners were not named on Wednesday for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

Arcos Dorados is a McDonald's franchisee based in Buenos Aires.
