Fitch: Arcor withdraws issue

Fitch Ratings said it withdrew the ratings of Arcor SAIC $100 million expected issuance as it has been suspended by Arcor's board until better financial market conditions arise.

The company has a foreign-currency issuer default rating of B+, local-currency issuer default rating of BB- and national long-term rating of AA+(arg).

The outlook is stable.
