Argentina's Arcor to sell $100 million 10-year senior unsecured bonds

New York, June 15 - Arcor SAIC announced plans to issue $100 million 10-year senior unsecured notes (B+/BB-), according to a market source.

Citigroup will be the bookrunner for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

A roadshow is scheduled to begin on June 20 in London, then continue on June 22 in Los Angeles and June 25-26 on the U.S. east coast. Pricing is expected on June 27.

The bonds will amortize in two equal installments in 2016 and 2017.

The Cordoba, Argentina-based food producer will use the proceeds for refinancing and capital expenses.
