New Issue: New Jersey Resources eyes $100 million placement of 3.96% 10-year note

Knoxville, Tenn., June 8 – New Jersey Resources Corp. arranged a $10 million private placement of 10-year 3.96% series 2018A senior notes on June 8, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. JPMorgan Securities, LLC, and TD Securities (USA) LLC are the agents.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
New Jersey Resources is a Wall, N.J.-based company that provides natural gas services and renewable energy to the New England area.
