Moody’s assigns B2 to New Home notes
Moody's Ratings said it assigned a B2 rating to New Home Co. Inc.'s planned $325 million of senior unsecured notes.
New Home's B2 corporate family rating and other ratings and stable outlook are unchanged, the agency said.
The new notes will be used to refinance the company's $230 million of 8¼% senior unsecured notes due 2027, also rated B2, as well as pay down the balance on the company's revolver and for general corporate purposes.
