Brazil's Net Servicos repays all R$580 million of simple debentures

Minneapolis, May 18 - Net Servicos de Comunicacao SA repurchased all R$580 million of its sixth public issue of simple non-convertible unsecured debentures, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company repurchased 58,000 of debentures on May 18.

For each debenture, the company paid R$10,000 of principal, R$18.809646 of premium and R$529.3309 of interest for a total of R$10,548.140546.

The cable television operator is based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
