Arch Capital to sell 10-year, 30-year fixed-rate notes in two parts

Knoxville, Tenn., June 22 – Arch Capital Group Ltd. intends to sell fixed-rate senior notes in two tranches due 2030 and 2050, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes feature a make-whole call and then a par call.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC, BofA Securities Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Lloyds Securities Inc. are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Arch is a Pembroke, Bermuda-based provider of insurance and reinsurance.
