Ingen, Neotech to negotiate distribution of OxyView oxygen gauge for premature infants

By Angela McDaniels

Seattle, April 3 - Ingen Technologies Inc. and Neotech Products Inc. plan to enter into negotiations to develop a private label distribution of Ingen's OxyView under the Neotech brand name, according to an Ingen news release.

Under the proposed distribution, the pneumatic oxygen flow gauge would be included in Neotech's line of pulmonary supplies for hospitalized premature infants.

Ingen said that Neotech products are distributed in more than 90% of hospitals in the United States and that a distribution deal could increase annual sales of OxyView by $10 million to $15 million.

The company also said it continues to move closer to finalizing deals with other large distributors for OxyView.

"We should have some more very good news from other distributors in the coming weeks ahead," Ingen director Chris Wirth said in the release.

Calimesa, Calif.-based Ingen Technologies develops and markets medical devices designed to increase accuracy of medical care.
