New Issue: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank's $750 million 3% five-year notes yield mid-swaps plus 140 bps

Atlanta, Feb. 24 - Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC sold $750 million 3% five-year notes at 99.765 to yield mid-swaps pus 140 basis points, a syndicate source said.
The notes priced at the tight end of talk, set at mid-swaps plus 140 bps to 145 bps.
BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, ING and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.
