Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank talks $750 million five-year notes at mid-swaps plus 140 bps-145 bps

Atlanta, Feb. 24 - Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC set talk at mid-swaps plus 140 basis points to 145 bps for its $750 million offering of five-year notes, a market source said.

The notes were initially talked at a spread of mid-swaps plus 150 bps to 155 bps.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, ING and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the deal, which is expected to price on Monday.
