Moody's: Neiman Marcus unaffected by dividend

Moody's Investors Service said that Neiman Marcus Group, Inc.'s announcement that it was paying a special dividend of $442.6 million has no immediate impact on either the B2 corporate family rating, speculative grade liquidity rating of SGL-1 or the stable outlook.
