New Issue: Turkey's Arcelik sells $500 million 5% 10-year notes to yield 5 1/8%

Atlanta, March 25 - Turkey's Arcelik AS sold $500 million 5% 10-year notes (/BB+/BB+) at 99.031 to yield 5 1/8%, a market source said.
The notes were talked at 5 3/8% to 5½%.
BofA Merrill Lynch, JPMorgan and RBS were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
Arcelik is a household appliances manufacturer based in Sutluce, Turkey.
