NDS Finance launches waiver request to credit facility lenders

New York, May 15 - NDS Finance posted a waiver proposal for its credit facility, according to a market source.

Consents are due on May 22, the source said.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the left lead bank on the deal.

NDS is a U.K.-based supplier of open end-to-end digital technology and services to digital pay-television platform operators and content providers.
