ARC Document readies launch of $205 million term loan B for Tuesday

New York, Dec. 2 - ARC Document Solutions Inc. is scheduled to hold a bank meeting on Tuesday to launch a $205 million five-year term loan B, according to a market source.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the lead bank on the deal.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.

ARC is a Walnut Creek, Calif.-based provider of technology and document-related services.
