Abu Dhabi to price two-part offering of notes due 2031, 2051

Chicago, Sept. 8 – The Emirate of Abu Dhabi is planning to sell an offering of notes in two benchmark-sized tranches, according to a market source on Wednesday.

The offering will include 10-year notes with a spread in the Treasuries plus 90 basis points area.

Additionally, the deal is expected to have 30-year notes that are being talked with a spread in the Treasuries plus 130 bps area.

BNP Paribas Securities Corp., First Abu Dhabi Bank, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Standard Chartered Bank are bookrunners.
