New Issue: National Rural Utilities prices $219.32 million two-year 5.35% InterNotes

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 14 - National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corp. priced $219.32 million of 5.35% two-year senior unsecured InterNotes Monday, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The non-callable notes (A2/A/A) priced at par.

Bookrunners were Banc of America Securities LLC, Incapital, LLC, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., Comerica Securities, Edward D. Jones & Co., LP, J.J.B. Hilliard, W.L. Lyons, Inc., Merrill Lynch & Co., Morgan Stanley and UBS Securities LLC.

National Rural is based in Herndon, Va., and makes loans to rural utility system members.
