Knoxville, Tenn., Oct. 10 – Arbor Realty Trust Inc. launched a $100 million private placement of 4.75% senior unsecured notes due 2024, according to a press release.
Proceeds will be used to make investments in the business and for general corporate purposes.
Arbor Realty Trust is a Uniondale, N.Y.-based real estate investment trust and national direct lender.
