Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 4 – National Health Investors, Inc. issued $50 million of 3.99% eight-year notes and $50 million of 4.33% 10-year notes.
The notes are unsecured and require quarterly payments of interest only until maturity, according to a news release.
Proceeds were used to pay down borrowings on National Health’s revolving credit facility.
National Health Investors is a Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based health-care real estate investment trust.
