National Bank of Egypt to close books for dollar-denominated eurobond offering on Thursday

St. Louis, July 28 - Nile Finance Ltd., a financing unit of the National Bank of Egypt SAE, is marketing a dollar-denominated offering of five-year eurobonds, according to a market source.

The order books are expected to close on Thursday.

Morgan Stanley, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank are the bookrunners.

The commercial bank is the largest Egyptian financial institution by total assets and is wholly owned by the Arab Republic of Egypt.
