National Amusements to repay bank debt with senior secured notes

New York, Nov. 23 - National Amusements Inc. plans on refinancing its credit facility using proceeds from a $390 million senior secured notes offering, according to a market source.

National Amusements is a Norwood, Mass.-based operator of movie screens.
