New Issue: Korea's National Agricultural Cooperative sells $500 million 4¼% notes of 2016 at 99.603

Atlanta, July 23 - South Korea's National Agricultural Cooperative Federation priced $500 million 4¼% notes (A1//A+) due Jan. 28, 2016 at 99.603 to yield 4.332%, or Treasuries plus 268 basis points, according to a market source.
Citigroup, Credit Agricole CIB, RBS, Morgan Stanley and ING were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
National Agricultural Cooperative Federation is an agricultural cooperative banking organization based in Seoul.
