By Reshmi Basu and Paul A. Harris

New York, May 26 - National Agricultural Cooperative Federation postponed its planned offering of $350 million 10-year subordinated notes (Baa1) due to unfavorable market conditions, according to a market source.

The issuer was expected to come to market this week, after completing its roadshow in London on May 21.

Credit Suisse First Boston and HSBC Bank were running the deal for Korea's largest banking network.
