By Reshmi Basu

New York, April 12 - The National Agricultural Cooperative Federation (NACF) plans to start a roadshow Monday for an expected $500 million offering of 10-year lower tier 2 notes, according to a market source.

The roadshow is scheduled to start in Singapore on Monday, then Hong Kong on Tuesday and will then wrap up in London on Wednesday.

The deal will be non-callable for five years.

Citigroup, ABN Amro, BNP Paribas and HSBC are bookrunners for the Regulation S deal.

NACF is a Seoul, Korea-based umbrella organization for Korea's regional cooperatives.
