Prosus plans to redeem $1 billion of 6% notes due 2020 on Feb. 21

Olympia, Wash., Jan. 22 – Prosus NV plans to redeem $1 billion of 6% notes due 2020 (ISIN: USN5946FAB33) on Feb. 21, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at a redemption price equal to par plus a make-whole premium calculated using a discount rate of Treasuries plus 50 basis points plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

Prosus, formerly Myriad International Holdings BV, is a Hoofddorp, Netherlands-based holding company and subsidiary of Cape Town, South Africa-based mass media company Naspers Ltd.
