New Issue: JPMorgan sells $1.36 million uncapped contingent buffered equity notes on indexes

Olympia, Wash., May 1 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.36 million of 0% uncapped contingent buffered equity notes due April 29, 2022 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the final value of each index is greater than or equal to its upper threshold value, 110% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 19% and the least performing index return.

If the final value of any index is less than its upper threshold value but the final value of no index is less than its initial value by more than the contingent buffer amount, 60% of its initial level, the payout will be par plus 10%.

If the final value of any index is less than its initial value by more than the contingent buffer amount, the payout will be par plus the least performing index return with full exposure to the decline.
