New Issue: JPMorgan prices $6.93 million 6.55% autocallable yield notes linked to Nasdaq-100

New York, July 31 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $6.93 million of autocallable yield notes due Jan. 16, 2025 linked to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a semiannual coupon of 6.55%.

The securities will be called automatically at par if the index closes at or above its initial level on any semiannual determination date.

If the index finishes at or above its 75% downside threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the coupon.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 25%.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
