New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.51 million dual directional buffered PLUS on three indexes

Chicago, Sept. 19 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.51 million of 0% dual directional buffered PLUS due Feb. 2, 2027 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, Nasdaq-100 index and S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the worst performing index gains, the payout will be par plus 115% of the worst performing index return.
The payout will be par plus the absolute value of the worst performing index return if the worst performing index declines but by no more than the 20% buffer.
Investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worst performing index declines beyond the buffer.
The securities are non-callable.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
