Chicago, Feb. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.01 million of 0% bear market Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due Aug. 4, 2021linked inversely to the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final index level is less than the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 3% for every 1% that the index declines, subject to a maximum return of 12.15%.
If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout will be par minus 1% for every 1% that the index increases.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is handling distribution.
