Fitch rates Nan Fung notes BBB

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Nan Fung Treasury (I) Ltd.'s proposed dollar senior notes an expected BBB rating. The notes will be will be unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by Nan Fung International Holdings Ltd. (BBB/stable).

Proceeds will be used for general working capital by Nan Fung.
