Nan Fung buys back $24.2 million of 3 7/8% senior notes due 2027

Lexington, Ky., Aug. 31 – Hong Kong-based Nan Fung Treasury Ltd. has repurchased in the open market a portion of its 3 7/8% senior notes due 2027 (ISIN: XS1691798240) guaranteed by Nan Fung International Holdings Ltd. and listed on the Singapore Exchange, according to a notice.

The company repurchased $24.2 million of the original $410 million principal amount. The repurchased notes have been canceled.

Nan Fung is an investment holding company. Its main business is property development.
