Aramark amends loan, increasing dollar capacity to $950 million

By Sara Rosenberg

New York, Dec. 7 - Aramark Corp. amended its credit facility, increasing the total dollar credit capacity to $950 million from $800 million, according to an 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday.

Proceeds from the additional capacity were used to repay the company's 7.1% notes that matured on Dec. 1 and to finance a recent acquisition.

JPMorgan is the administrative agent on the deal.

The amendment was completed on Dec. 1.

Aramark is a Philadelphia-based provider of food and facility management services.
