Moody's: Aramark unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that Aramark Corp.'s plan to extend $1 billion of its scheduled $2 billion 2014 debt maturities to July 2016 will not affect the B1 ratings or stable outlook, but will be a credit positive because the plan will ease refinancing risk.
