Moody's: No change for Aramark

Moody's Investors Service said that Aramark Corp.'s proposed extension of the maturity date of $1 billion of its U.S. term loan and a portion of its synthetic letter-of-credit facility to July 2016 from January 2014 will have no immediate impact on its credit or liquidity ratings.
