Malaysia's Naim Cendera plans commercial paper, note programs for up to RM 600 million

Chicago, Oct. 3 - Naim Cendera Holdings Bhd. said it is planning an Islamic commercial paper program for up to RM 100 million and an Islamic medium-term note program for up to RM 500 million.

The commercial paper program will run for seven years from the date of first issue, and the note program will run for 15 years.

Proceeds will be used for working capital and for general corporate purposes.

CIMB Investment Bank Bhd. is lead agent.

Naim Cendera is an investment holding company based in Sarawak Kuching, Malaysia.
