Atlanta, Dec. 14 - Mystique Energy Inc. said Tuesday it has closed two private placements for a total of C$4.4 million.
The first deal for C$1 million includes 3.3 million units at about C$0.303 each. The units include one share and one half-share warrant.
The whole warrants allow for an additional share at C$0.45 for two years.
The second deal included 3 million units and 4.8 flow-through shares for total proceeds of C$3.6 million.
The units are comprised of one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants allow for an additional share at C$0.60 for two years.
Woodstone Capital Inc. was the placement agent in both offerings.
Based in Calgary, Alta., Mystique is a petroleum exploration and production company. It plans to use the proceeds from the financings to fund its drilling program slated to begin in late October.
