Ukraine's MHP offers dollar-denominated five-year notes via Morgan Stanley

St. Louis, Nov. 13 - Ukrainian poultry producer Myronivsky Hliboproduct (MHP) is in the market with a dollar-denominated offering of five-year notes (B2), according to an informed source.

The size of the deal remains to be determined.

Morgan Stanley has the books.

The offering is expected to price next week.
